Tahini Soy Dressing
Ingredients
⅓ cup water
3 Tbsp tamari or gluten-free soy sauce
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1–2 cloves garlic
1–2 tsp sriracha
¼ tsp black pepper
1–2 Tbsp canola oil
Method
Add the water, tamari, apple cider vinegar, tahini, nutritional yeast, garlic, sriracha, and black pepper to a blender or Cuisinart.
Blend until completely smooth.
With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the canola oil.
Blend for another 10–15 seconds, until creamy and emulsified.
Taste and adjust:
Add more water if too thick.
Add more vinegar if it tastes heavy.
Add more tamari if it needs salt.
Add more sriracha for heat.
Notes
For a very low-oil version, use 1 Tbsp oil. For a richer version, use 2 Tbsp oil.
